September 26, 4-10PM, Free fun community event with carnitas plates, food trucks , live entertainment at Rotary Park in Winters!

The Festival de la Comunidad is a free community event that features live music, food trucks, folkloric dance, mariachi music, Banda, and a very large Children's Area. We sell beverages and a limited number of Carnitas Plates to help fund the event.
